The Buy III.

This week I started thinking to myself, “A…what should every fashionable person own in their closet? Something that’s trendy but fashion-forward, iconic and versatile.” Whatever that is, that’s what I should hunt for on this week’s The Buy.

Yes there’s the little black dress or the perfect pair of jeans. But there’s gotta be something else too… And then it dawned on me.

Everyone should own a denim jacket! Good for Fall or Spring. And denim is so IN, not only right now but always!

This week #TheBuy was from Gap. And was on SALE! I’ve been getting awfully lucky walking by this store lately! A $70 jacket for $20, who’s gonna beat that!?!

For a fashion chic outfit (something that I’ve definitely been itching to try); pair this denim jacket on top of a chambray shirt with jeans and dark ankle boots. Sounds like a lot of denim, but with the right shades it’s a show stopper! Can’t wait! :]

The Buy II.

Jewelry is just as important as an individual piece of clothing. I’ll say it again! Jewelry is just as important!! It can make or break your outfit sometimes. So this week I decided I’d go hunting for some jewelry for this week’s The Buy.

I stopped in a couple stores but fell in love with the jewelry selection at Forever 21.

 

I know I’m only suppose to buy one piece for #TheBuy but I couldn’t stop myself with these earrings! And you should be proud, I put back like five items and contained myself to only purchasing three!

And if it makes you feel any better, I got the earrings for awesome prices!

Can’t wait to let these earrings enhance my trendy chic outfits!

The Buy

My outfit of the day as I hunted for #TheBuy piece for this week. Some comfortable denim leggings with a layered top of a lightweight lace sweater and long collared sheer sleeveless blue tunic. I paired it with a statement necklace and high dark boots.

Went to a couple stores but Gap really caught my eye with a big S A L E on it’s windows! So of course I stopped in and rummaged through their racks.

I really liked these pants! They have a unique floral print. And the sage color is so Fall. I love the zipper detailing in the back. Gap has this “crop look” to their jeans that make them look a little high-waterish; if you’re not comfortable with this simply cuff them and add high heels to give it an even more stylish look!
